Francis Combe Academy (formerly Francis Combe School and Community College) is a mixed secondary school and sixth form with academy status for 11 - 18 year olds. The Academy is based in Garston, Watford, and was was formerly a community school that was established in 1954 and adopted its present name after becoming an academy in 2009. The Francis Combe Academy is part of the Meller Educational Trust. The Academy has a varied and broad curriculum which can be viewed in detail on the Francis Combe website. The Academy has grown from strength to strength over the years and also has an excellent sixth form.
Francis Combe offer high quality teaching and progress in a fun, stimulating and caring environment. The Academy want their children to strive for excellence in everything they do.
The vision is to raise the expectations and aspirations of all children by working in partnership with parents and the community to help each child reach their full potential.
