Rooms 

The Cinnabar hotel has 14 individually designed rooms that make for a truly unique experience. It's the little things that count and Cinnabar like to think that they've thought of all the little touches that will make your stay comfortable and memorable. Elsyl toiletries come as standard in every room. The Luxuriously designed rooms are all individually designed. Expect sumptuous fabrics and luxurious touches from the plumpest pillows to the finest furniture. Relax in bathrooms that are designed to create the ultimate haven of relaxation. From freestanding baths to powerful showers that leave you feeling refreshed. Each room is cosy in size and bespoke furniture creates the feeling of space and elegance. All rooms have flat screen TV’s, tea & coffee making facilities, en-suite bathrooms, accompanied with premium complementary products. The bar has DJ's playing until 2.45am on Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holidays and Sundays. Noise can be heard in the guest rooms until about 3:00am. This hotel is for the adventurous and fun loving.

Clubbing

Book your very own private table downstairs at Cinnabar. All of the main room VIP tables include a queue jump into the nightclub, free entry before 10pm and drinks delivered to your table on arrival. You can get personal service with VIP tables that are fully hosted all evening, there’s no need to queue at the bar or leave your exclusive table, unless you’re tempted to hit the dance floor. VIP table reservations are from £200 minimum spend.

Food

Food is served all day from breakfast through to dinner. Hearty & unpretentious food which takes in brunch favourites, gourmet burgers, tantalising tapas all served from early morning to 9.30pm 7 Days a week. Relax and kick-back in the elegant and contemporary surroundings safe in the knowledge that Cinnabar are serious about food and passionate about customer service.

Breakfast

For your healthy start to the day, you may enjoy anything from smashed avocado with feta cheese to the Cinnabar granola. If you’re in the mood for something a little heartier the classic breakfast menu takes in a good old English breakfast, brioche French toast with streaky bacon and maple syrup and a satisfying vegetarian breakfast.

Lunch 

From salads and super foods to burgers, Cinnabar's selection of lunch dishes are perfect whether you’re looking for a tasty treat on your lunch hour or looking to linger over your lunch a little longer. The open sandwiches are all served on toasted sourdough bread with decadent fillings from grilled butternut squash ricotta and spinach, chicken avocado & bacon to smoked salmon poached egg avocado chilli flakes & baby spinach.

Dinner 

The dinner menu is home to a selection of truly hearty and decadent dishes. Expect to be spoilt for choice with options such as pan fried sea bass, superfood beetroot salad, lemon chicken, Cinnabar signature cheese burger and delicious artisan pizza’s.
