The rooms include The Lodge, which is the exclusive 3 bedroom woodland lodge available and comes complete with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining area, to classic, executive and beautiful executive balcony rooms.

Dining

The award winning two AA rosette Brasserie serves traditional tasty food, prepared by our Head Chef and his team using local produce from within Hertfordshire and surrounding area. Our passionate and knowledgeable bartenders are on hand from that first cup of coffee in the morning, through ’gin o’clock’ and right up until that last nightcap in the wee small hours. We offer an extensive range of beers, wines and spirits to suit all tastes, and our expert team are on hand to find you just the tipple you’re looking for.
