The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead has a huge 160m indoor ski slope. The slope is real snow and is the largest indoor ski slope in the UK. The Snow centre also a separate snowboarding slope. You can take your pick, from the ‘we’re all in it together’ group lessons to the personal one-on-one style of the private lessons.

Family Lessons

Off the slope there is an alpine themed restaurant. The Lodge Bar & Kitchen offers a panoramic view over the slope and an all new menu combined with traditional favourites and delicious alpine dishes too. It’s also a great place to go and enjoy live Sky Sports on one of the many big screen TVs, and you don’t have to go on the slope to enjoy the Cafe bar.
