The Alban Arena is a well established entertainment venue in St Albans. With a busy programme of national touring shows, rock and pop concerts, films, comedy shows, exhibitions, children's shows, dance events, theatre, musical theatre, opera, talk shows and tribute bands, the Arena is a very busy venue. The St Albans Arena is also host to very popular Christmas Pantomime every year. Events are shown all year round. Drinks are available before or during shows and confectionary, soft drinks and ice creams are also available in the main foyer. Hire Venue

Situated in historic St Albans city, the Arena is also available for hire. The Alban Arena is an ideal location for exhibitions, concerts, receptions and performances. There are 3 floors each with bar facilities. There is also ample parking to the rear. The Arena is host to one of the biggest beer festivals in the country, the Chiltern model railway exhibition and numerous one day events from body building to dance events.

Children’s Policy

Adults booking to see a children’s show must be accompanied by a child. Children under 5 will not be admitted to any show other than family shows. 

Hard of Hearing

Infra red system in operation for most events. Check with the Box Office when booking.

Disabled Facilities

Wheelchair access is throughout ground floor. A Limited number of wheelchair spaces are available in the Auditorium. Disabled toilets are situated on ground floor plus conveniently placed seating plan and desk at Box Office.
