Oaklands College is a large further education college in Hertfordshire, with campuses in St Albans, Welwyn Garden City and a training provision in Borehamwood. 

The college provides fantastic learning facilities for students studying a wide range of courses, from Engineering to Electrical Installation, A Levels to Agriculture, Plumbing to Photography, Oaklands College is proud to successfully provide for over 5,000 students and look forward to welcoming you this September. 

Courses for everyone

There are a comprehensive selection of full and part-time courses, offered to both sixteen to eighteen-year-old students and adult learners who come from a wide variety of regions. Courses range from vocational courses with strong links to employers through to elite sports, the arts and a wide variety of A Levels, amongst others. Oaklands College are also nationally recognised for their OFSTED Outstanding provision for learners with mild and severe learning difficulties.

A campus for the future

Oaklands College is currently overseeing an impressive £62 million redevelopment of its St Albans campus. The four-phase redevelopment introduced a state-of-the-art Residential Homestead in July 2020, with a new teaching facility, housing 49 new classrooms coming in October 2021.
