The whole bathroom was superbly renovated to the highest of standards. The price was very competitive and all was done within timescale. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the taps. This was fixed 2 days later, no quibbles and no extra cost. Fantastic. Can highly recommend.

    Although mum only moved into her Care Home 4 weeks ago, in the short time she has been there, we have been really pleased with the quality of care she is now receiving. From the front-line carers, all the way through to activity coordination, catering, reception and management, the quality of service has so far been excellent. Since moving into the home, from another care home, mum is clearly more relaxed, content and at ease with her surroundings than she has been for a considerable time. This is clearly due to the way that all care staff seem to engage with residents. Thank you all - what we thought was going to be a very traumatic move has turned into a very positive experience for all the family. Thank you Hertfordshire Online.
