The brand new H Spa at Horwood House Hotel is the ideal place to spend time relaxing. The spa offers a wonderful selection of treatments and indulgent pamper days. The new bespoke spa at Horwood House has been developed at the heart of the hotel after undergoing a £6 million refurbishment. Food & Drink

Harry’s Bar & Kitchen at Horwood House Hotel is a contemporary and stylish restaurant. The fabulous layout is designed with the customer in mind. Harry's Bar & Kitchen provides a variety of seating options depending on what you need. The zoned seating areas and large kitchen table allow everyone from couples to larger groups to dine and drink together. The restaurant and hotel have a rich history with the grounds, at one point there were 16 gardeners employed to ensure the gardens yielded produce all year round. This is why the relaxing and fun Harry’s Bar & Kitchen is named after Harry Thrower, who was the head gardener and father of the famous TV gardener Percy Thrower.

Harry’s Bar & Kitchen is the perfect place for informal eating, for couples or small groups to larger parties meeting friends around the large country kitchen table and sharing a relaxed casual meal. The menu is new imaginative menu and after dinner why not enjoy a cocktail on the Terrace.

Guests come from far and wide, unlike the ingredients at Harry's Bar & Kitchen. All the meat is sourced locally from The Buckingham Butchers who also source locally and this includes the charcuterie. The steaks are aged for 30 days in a bespoke Himalayan Salt Chamber whilst whole on the bone and then sliced to perfection.

Afternoon Tea

Enjoy the most delicious Afternoon Tea at Horwood House Hotel. Afternoon Tea comes with tasty treats, fruit & plain scones with clotted cream and strawberry & rose jam and a selection of savoury delights such as a mini Coronation chicken brioche bun, pork belly & black truffle sausage roll and of course a cucumber and cream cheese finger sandwich.

Just £35 per person

Come and celebrate a special occasion such as a baby shower, birthday, bridal shower, family get together or spoil a loved one. From just £49 per person, you can enjoy all of the above in a private dining room with a glass of bubbles.

There are newly refurbished spaces such as the Burton Suite and Manor Library which are idyllic settings to host a birthday, celebration, anniversary or baby shower and have life long memories. Set in sumptuous surroundings with excellent service and mouth-watering menus Horwood House loves being able cater for your very special occasion.

From just £49.00 per person for a tasty Afternoon Tea and £70 per person for a three course lunch or dinner with glass of bubbles.

Extensive facilities offer 15 flexible event spaces for parties, celebrations, business meetings, corporate training and conferences. The grounds in the hotel include the Cook lawn, which provides a wonderful canvas for al fresco celebrations or outdoor team-building activities. Rooms range from smaller intimate spaces to larger events areas, that can cater for up to 270 guest’s theatre style. All rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment and air conditioning.

The newly refurbished Wedding Ceremony Room is brimming with grand features and has been delicately refreshed to provide a neutral ethereal space for the exchanging of vows. High ceilings, magnificent detailing, an impressive stone fireplace and a stunning bay window present a light and airy stage. Subtly glistening wall coverings and soft botanical prints finish off this calm and romantic room. The Ceremony Room leads directly to the Manor Bar and panelled seating area, ideal for wedding reception drinks, whilst original stone steps lay way to an abundance of gardens and a lily pond for spring or summer affairs.

The idyllic outdoor ceremony space offers an entrance through the secret garden gate towards the wedding pavilion, providing a simply magical start to your ceremony.
