Charity working to end homelessness

Emmaus is a charity working to end homelessness. They know that overcoming homelessness often means more than a roof over your head. That’s why Emmaus supports people to work their way out of homelessness, providing meaningful work as well as a stable home for as long as someone needs it. Emmaus has 5 shops selling quality used and second-hand furniture in Hertfordshire. New stock arrives daily and can be purchased at low cost.

Collections & Deliveries

Emmaus Hertfordshire collects donated furniture from across the county. Collections are free and items are sold through the second-hand furniture stores. The large Emmaus vans will collect your furniture on a morning or afternoon which you will have pre booked with your local Emmaus store. Emmaus delivers locally for large items that have been bought.

House Clearance

For a small fee Emmaus St Albans can arrange a full house clearance. Please call your local branch for further details.
