    My daughter and myself had already visited a home we found through Hertfordshire Online and decided this was the place for my husband's first respite care. He has dementia and went from hospital to the care home for nine days. In the home, there was an air of calm and everyone working there was very friendly and caring. The residents were relaxed and happy. I also saw them engaged in different activities on my visits. I was impressed by the monitoring day and night. Staff knew where everyone was and if someone was in their room at meal times they made sure they returned to the lounge/diner for food and drinks.

    After seeing the restaurant advertised on Hertfordshire Online we took my partner's Mum for a birthday meal here. The food was excellent, and the service both professional and friendly. They made a special fuss to her including a lovely birthday cake with candles. Can highly recommend this restaurant and Hertfordshire Online for another new place to try.

The whole bathroom was superbly renovated to the highest of standards. The price was very competitive and all was done within timescale. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the taps. This was fixed 2 days later, no quibbles and no extra cost. Fantastic. Can highly recommend.
