    I like living here and I get on with the staff very well and enjoy my meals. I've got no complaints and everyone seems very happy. I like my room very much because of the big window. It's also nice to have my hair done every week by the hairdresser. I am visited quite often mostly by my niece and sister. I am very fond of the afternoon cake although I know I shouldn't really have it. I chose the home with my sister through Hertfordshire Online website.

    Our first viewing from an internet site called Hertfordshire Online, we felt it was welcoming, information was clear about what they provided and the staff were very approachable when we phoned. Our Mum was very well cared for in the comfort of her room and drinks were available when they were requested and also given regularly throughout the day, 24 hours. Both were excellent quality. We would recommend the home as they cared for our Mum in every way until her untimely passing recently.
